QC Supervisor

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of QC Inspectors and staff on the shop floor. This includes implementing and maintaining quality assurance protocols, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with company and customer specifications. Your role will involve inspecting raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to identify quality issues and work closely with production and engineering teams for corrective and preventive actions. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and analyze inspection data, prepare reports, and submit findings to management. - Conduct regular training sessions for QC staff to ensure awareness and adherence to quality standards. - Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation and record-keeping related to quality control, such as checklists, test reports, and NCRs. - Monitor the calibration of measuring and testing equipment. - Support external audits, customer inspections, and certification processes. - Ensure a safe and clean working environment in compliance with company policies. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment. - Knowledge of quality assurance protocols and procedures. - Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with various teams effectively.,
