QC Supervisor

Job Description

Supervise and coordinate the activities of QC Inspectors and staff on the shop floor. Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols, procedures and standards. Inspect raw materials, in process production and finished products to ensure compliance with company and customer specifications. Identify quality issues and closely with production and engineering teams for corrective and preventive actions. Maintain and analyze inspection data, prepare reports and submit findings to management. Conduct regular training sessions for QC staff to ensure awareness and adherence to quality standards. Ensure documentation and record keeping related to quality control is accurate and up to date ( e,g, checklists, test reports, NCRs ) Monitor calibration of measuring and testing equipment. Support external audits, customer inspections and certification processes. Ensure a safe and clean working environment in compliance with company policies.
