Install and assemble mechanical equipment (mixers, ovens, conveyors, packaging machines). Perform routine maintenance and lubrication of machinery. Troubleshoot and repair breakdowns in mechanical systems. Handle fabrication, cutting, and fitting of parts when required. Maintain food-grade pipelines (water, steam, compressed air). Ensure timely completion of preventive maintenance schedules. Follow all safety, hygiene, and GMP norms during work. Record maintenance work in logs and report issues to the supervisor.
