QC / QA / Testing Manager

Job Summary:We are looking for a qualified and experienced QC/QA/Testing Manager to lead the quality and testing department. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, process compliance and customer satisfaction by implementing effective QA/QC systems and managing final testing activities of electrical panels and assemblies.

Key Responsibilities: Manage, Monitor and develop inspection of incoming materials, in-process assemblies and final products.Ensure product is manufactured as per approved drawings.Identify and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.Maintain and review inspection reports, checklists and test documentation.Develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) as per ISO 9001:2015 standards.Prepare Quality Plans, ITP and FAT procedures as per customer requirements.Conduct supplier audits and develop them.Drive continuous improvement initiatives for process and product quality.Manage and Monitor routine and type testing of electrical panels as per IEC/IS standards.Review routine test reports before dispatch.Coordinate with customers and third-party inspectors (TPI) during FAT and inspection.Ensure proper calibration, maintenance and utilization of all testing instruments.

Team Leadership: Lead and train QC/Testing engineers and technicians.Assign daily tasks, monitor performance and ensure timely completion of testing and inspection activities.Promote a culture of quality, safety and accountability within the team.

Desired Candidate Profile: Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.Experience: Minimum 8 years in QA/QC and Testing of Electrical Panels (PCC, MCC, APFC, AMF, Control Panels, etc.).Skills:Strong understanding of IEC/IS standards and electrical testing procedures.Knowledge of ISO documentation, quality tools and root cause analysis methods.Hands-on experience in handling FAT and customer inspection.Excellent communication, documentation and team management skills.
