QC Officer

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform routine analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products as per Ayurvedic Pharmacopoeia and internal standards.

· Ensure proper sampling, labeling, and storage of materials and samples.

· Maintain and calibrate QC laboratory instruments such as HPLC, UV, pH meter, weighing balance, etc.

· Prepare and review COA (Certificate of Analysis) and analytical reports.

· Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and ensure all test records are maintained accurately.

· Assist in method validation, stability studies, and process validation when required.

· Support QA in investigating quality deviations, OOS, or product complaints.

· Ensure compliance with AYUSH, GMP, and ISO quality standards.

· Maintain documentation as per SOPs and support internal/external audits.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field.

· Experience: Freshers/1–2 years in QC department of Ayurvedic / Herbal / Pharmaceutical industry.

Knowledge Required:

o Ayurvedic Pharmacopoeia standards

o Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

o Analytical techniques and documentation practices

Skills Required:

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Good communication and documentation abilities

· Familiar with lab instruments and safety procedures

· Team-oriented and detail-focused

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
