QC Manager

You have an exciting opportunity to join as a QC Manager for General Merchandise at a Liaison office in Gurgaon. As the QC Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Quality Control to drive quality strategies and directives effectively. Your key responsibilities will include leading the regional QC team to ensure that products meet company quality standards and exceed customer expectations. Your role will involve developing team competencies and fostering a high-performing team culture. You will oversee regional teams to achieve predefined goals within budget constraints while ensuring strict adherence to company and functional policies and standard operating procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving consistent execution of improvement initiatives across teams, locations, and continents to enhance customer satisfaction, achieve cost savings, and boost productivity. Managing supplier quality performance will be a crucial aspect of your role, along with representing the quality function and business in various forums, including leadership team reviews. You will also be tasked with implementing a Preventive Quality Model across teams and locations to ensure the delivery of high-quality products at competitive prices. Furthermore, you will be responsible for overseeing the self-inspection accreditation and governance system across regions. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from 35 to 40 Lacs.
