About the Company:

Horster Life Science is a fast-growing pharmaceutical company committed to quality, innovation, and compliance. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Manager to lead our QC department and ensure consistent product quality and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage QC operations for raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Perform and review analytical testing and documentation as per standard procedures.
• Be hands-on with laboratory instruments and equipment (e.g., HPLC, UV, FTIR, dissolution tester, etc.).
• Ensure calibration, maintenance, and validation of all QC instruments.
• Prepare and review COA, SOPs, and test reports.
• Maintain compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with QA, Production, and R&D teams for product release and issue resolution.
• Train and supervise QC team members to ensure smooth lab operations.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. / M.Sc/B.Pharm/M.pharm (Chemistry or related field).
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical QC experience (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of analytical methods, instruments, and documentation.
• Ability to lead a team independently.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
