Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Control (QC) Manager. The position is located in Karla, Lonavla. The QC Manager will oversee and manage quality control processes, ensure compliance with Ayurved industry standards, and maintain high product quality. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing quality management systems, conducting inspections and audits, identifying process improvements, and leading QC initiatives. Collaboration with the production team, ensuring adherence to regulations, and generating quality reports are also key components of the role.

Qualifications

Experience and expertise in Quality Management Systems, Inspections, and Audits
Strong knowledge of Compliance Regulations and Process Improvement methodologies
Leadership, Team Management, and Problem-Solving skills
Proficiency in generating Documentation and Preparing Quality Reports
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical abilities
B Sc (Chemistry) / M SC (Chemistry) / D. Pharm / M. Pharm
Prior work experience in ayurved manufacturing industry
