Qualifications and required skills:

Diploma or Degree from Respective Discipline (Mechanical Engineering) having minimum
15 years
of experience in
Hydrocarbon Sector
preferably in
EPC/LSTK/PMC Projects
.
Familiar with the relevant code (ASME SEC IX, ASME B31.3, API 650) requirements

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Inspection Test Plans (ITP) for Mechanical & Civil works.
Ensure compliance with contract specifications, codes.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and third-party inspectors on quality matters.
Supervise and conduct site inspections.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports, test results, NCRs and quality records.
Maintain Material Approval Records (MAR), Method Statements (MS), and Request for Inspection (RFI) logs.
Ensure as-built documentation is accurate and complete
Interface with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align quality objectives.
Ensure that all quality documents, certificates, and records are compiled for final submission.
Experience in API 650 requirements, radiography test procedure and acceptance criteria.
