QC Engineer - MANUFACTURING

​EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE IN QMS /QC IN ​AUTOMOTIVE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY IS MANDATORY
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety

• manage budgets, develop and implement strategies, and lead a team of employees to achieve production goals
• communicating with other managers regarding upcoming projects or changes in operations, monitoring compliance with safety regulations
• directing, managing, and optimizing a plant or production facility’s overall operations and financial performance (P&L)
• set policies and procedures that guide plant operations’ productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• systematically collect operational metrics to analyze productivity and set performance targets to meet revenue and cost goals
• support the development and deployment of manufacturing practices focused on quality and continuous improvement
• Additionally, ensure robust plant safety and security inspections, auditing, and training procedures are implemented to meet OSHA and other required regulations .
• oversee multi-functional plant teams including finance, engineering, materials, quality assurance, and human resources

Drive performance of team members, giving direction and feedback to aid good performance

Ensure safe working practices are maintained and ‘Standard Operations’ adhered to

Ensure that non-conformance is challenged and counter-measures are agreed and implemented

Motivate the team to create a high performance culture where improvement suggestions are embraced

2 TO 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE SAME ROLE IS MANDATORY.
