Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training modules on
QuickBooks Online
and
F&A fundamentals
.
Conduct
live sessions
,
recorded video lessons
, and
interactive workshops
based on curriculum requirements.
Provide
hands-on training
with QBO software, covering areas such as:

Chart of Accounts
Invoicing & Billing
Bank Reconciliation
Payroll
Financial Reporting
Vendor & Customer Management

Teach core
Accounting & Finance principles
, including:

Journal Entries
Ledger Management
Trial Balance
Final Accounts
Budgeting & Forecasting
GST / Taxation (if applicable)

Evaluate participants learning and provide feedback through
assessments, quizzes, and one-on-one sessions
.
Stay updated with the
latest QBO updates and accounting standards
to ensure training content remains relevant.
Collaborate with other trainers, SMEs, and the content development team to continuously improve training quality.
Provide post-training support and address learner queries.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree
in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
Certification in QuickBooks Online
(preferred).
Proven experience working with
QuickBooks Online
in a professional capacity.
At least
2 years of experience in training
or mentoring roles in F&A or accounting software.
Strong understanding of accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with online training tools like Zoom, Google Meet, LMS platforms, etc.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in
US/UK Accounting
processes.
Knowledge of
other accounting tools
(e.g., Xero, Tally, SAP) is a plus.
Prior experience in
EdTech / BPO / KPO
environments.
Ability to customize training as per audience (freshers, mid-level professionals, etc.).
