Location:

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced PMO professional with 712 years of experience who can drive projects end-to-end, ensure strong governance, manage stakeholders effectively, and support strategic project execution. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in PMO operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive and manage PMO activities, ensuring smooth execution of multiple ongoing projects.
Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, templates, and reporting mechanisms.
Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely project delivery.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, resolve issues, and communicate project updates.
Prepare dashboards, project status reports, and presentations for leadership reviews.
Manage project documentation, change requests, dependencies, timelines, and resource planning.
Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and improve project processes.
Facilitate project review meetings, follow-ups, and ensure adherence to PMO standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

7 to 12 years of relevant experience in PMO roles or project management.
Strong experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
Proven track record of driving projects with effective project management methodologies.
Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and reporting skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
