About the Role:

QA/QC – Painting Inspector

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections and quality checks for all painting and coating operations in accordance with project specifications and standards.
• Monitor surface preparation, paint application, curing, and final finishing to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Review and verify coating materials, certificates, and batch reports.
• Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports and quality documentation.
• Identify and report non-conformities, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively.
• Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support audits and quality reviews as required by the QA/QC management team.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of QA/QC experience within the GCC region.
• Certification in

  BGAS Level 2

  or

  NACE Level 2

  (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of coating standards, surface preparation methods, and inspection procedures.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
