QA/QC Executive

Job Description:

• Expecting competent candiate with organic chemistry/analytical chemistry/Bio-chemistry background completed his/her master degree with 2-3yrs experience.
• Should have a potential hands on experience in the technical knowledge on testing considering the aspects of wet chemistry.
• Instrumental knowledge on ICP oes, ICP MS, nitrogen analyser, HPLC, proximate analysers is expected.
• expected with the understanding on feed/food safety standards and NABL accreditation.
• ready to work in shifts, idealy 3 shifts.
• should adhere to work ethics and culture.
• should posses good communicating skills ( English).
• expected to have knowledge on GLP, GMP, GDP, GSP etc.
• expected to have hand on computers and software.
• Willing to relocate in chakan region.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year

Requirement: BSc, MSc Organic, Bio chemistry or Analytical Chemistry only

Quality Lab:

ICP OES: complete handling with reporting and maintenance.

Proximate: Ash, Crude fat and crude fiber.

LECO: Complete handling and maintenance.

Enzymes analysis

Karl fisher.

Moisture and pH

Calibration of all the instruments

Wet chemistry, lab instrument troubleshooting

Online QA:

Monitoring the facility and process Lines

Verification of all the documents.

Collecting the Finished goods and Raw Material samples.

Plant Audit

Lab management and costing

Other Responsibilities:

a. Facing Internal Audit and helping for ISO22000 and FAMI QS audit.

b. Presentation for guys working in facility.

Secondary Responsibility:

a. Issuing COA, COC and COA/MBM

b. Reporting test results. Coordination with various department

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
