QA/QC Engineer

Job Summary

The QA/QC Engineer (Fresher) will support the implementation and maintenance of quality systems across manufacturing and testing activities. The role involves ensuring that all materials, processes, and finished products meet required regulatory and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and maintaining ISO 13485 quality management systems.
• Conduct in-process and final inspection of components, sub-assemblies, and finished products.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, calibration records, and quality documentation.
• Support validation activities such as IQ, OQ, PQ, and process verifications.
• Perform basic testing of raw materials, tubing, and assemblies as per standard test procedures.
• Assist in deviation reporting, CAPA, and non-conformance investigations.
• Ensure proper recordkeeping and traceability in production and QA documentation.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure adherence to specifications and GMP practices.
• Participate in internal audits and support external quality audits and customer inspections.

Required Qualifications

• Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Biomedical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Polymer Engineering (or equivalent science discipline).
• Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers encouraged to apply).
• Knowledge Areas:
• Basics of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Awareness of ISO 13485, GMP, and regulatory compliance in medical devices
• Understanding of inspection methods and testing instruments

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
