Job Description

Set up, start, operate, and Run Extrusion lines for PU/PVC material
Adjust process parameters (temperature, speed, pressure, vacuum, puller speed) to meet required product dimensions and quality.
Monitor product dimensions using gauges, micrometers, and other measurement tools.
Ensure compliance with product specifications, work instructions, and quality standards (ISO, GMP, FDA if applicable).
Load raw materials (pellets, compounds) and monitor material feeding systems.
Perform in-process quality checks (OD, ID, wall thickness, surface finish, concentricity).
Record production data, machine parameters, and inspection results in logs.
Identify, troubleshoot, and correct minor machine issues or escalate to maintenance when required.
Maintain cleanliness of machines, tools, and work area to ensure compliance with 5S and cleanroom standards (if applicable).
Follow safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions immediately.
Support continuous improvement activities to optimize productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,687.28 - ₹36,655.51 per month
