Job Title: Extrusion Operator (Fresher)

Job Summary:

The Extrusion Operator will be responsible for assisting in the operation and monitoring of extrusion machines used in producing rPET (Recycled PET) food-grade granules. The role is suitable for fresher candidates interested in learning the manufacturing process, quality standards, and machine operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up and operating extrusion machines under supervision.
• Feed raw materials (PET flakes) into the extruder as per production instructions.
• Monitor temperature, pressure, and machine parameters during operation.
• Support in adjusting machi ne settings to maintain product quality.
• Collect and check samples at regular intervals for quality consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness around the machine area and follow 5S standards.
• Follow safety guidelines, use PPE, and comply with company SOPs.
• Record production data such as quantity produced, waste generated, and downtime.
• Coordinate with the quality and maintenance teams for smooth operations.

Qualification & Skills:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical
• Basic understanding of mechanical or production processes.
• Knowledge in PLC (preferred)
• Eagerness to learn extrusion and plastic processing operations.
• Good observation and problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to work in shifts.

Work Environment:

• Factory-based job with continuous machine operations.
• Work in a team environment under supervision.
