Job Description We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented professionals for quality inspection roles covering In-Process Quality, Incoming Quality Control (IQC), Quality Control Laboratory, and Quality Data Analysis . Role Purpose The HR Manager will be responsible for building and managing end-to-end HR operations , with a strong focus on recruitment, induction, retention, performance management, compliance , and administration . This role will also lead the existing HR team and establish structured HR systems across the organization. Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning Lead end-to-end recruitment for all levels across the organization. Coordinate manpower planning with department heads. Develop job descriptions, source candidates, conduct interviews, and close positions. Build recruitment pipelines and reduce time-to-hire. 2. Induction & Onboarding Design and implement a structured induction program. Ensure smooth joining formalities and early engagement of new employees. Track probation performance and feedback. 3. Employee Engagement & Retention Drive employee engagement initiatives and communication programs. Conduct feedback and exit interviews and implement retention actions. Promote a positive, disciplined, and performance-driven culture. 4. Performance Management System (PMS) Implement KPIs/KRAs in coordination with department heads. Drive annual and mid-year performance reviews. Support training, promotions, and performance improvement plans. 5. HR Policies, SOPs & Compliance Draft, implement, and update HR policies and SOPs. Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Factory Act, Shops Act, CLRA, etc.). Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and employee relations matters. Maintain audit-ready HR documentation. 6. Administrative Management Oversee admin functions including facilities, housekeeping, travel, and vendors. Control administrative costs and improve efficiency. Ensure smooth coordination between departments. 7. HR Operations & MIS Reporting Lead and mentor HR Executives. Prepare and present HR MIS (recruitment, attrition, attendance, compliance). Maintain HRIS and employee records with confidentiality. Qualifications & Experience MBA / PG in HR Management . 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup . Hands-on experience in managing blue-collar, grey-collar, and white-collar workforce . Strong exposure to recruitment, compliance, performance management, and admin functions. Working knowledge of labor laws and statutory requirements. Experience in team handling and cross-functional coordination.
