QA/QC Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project-specific Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) plans.
• Conduct inspections and tests on materials, equipment, and workmanship at site to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Prepare and maintain quality records, test reports, and inspection checklists.
• Monitor and verify all activities related to concrete, steel, formwork, finishes, and MEP works.
• Coordinate with consultants/clients for inspections and approvals.
• Review and approve method statements, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and material submittals.
• Ensure all works comply with IS codes, international standards, and contractual requirements.
• Identify and report non-conformances (NCRs) and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Conduct internal audits, site quality walks, and toolbox talks for quality awareness.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure proper calibration of equipment and testing of materials.
• Assist in preparing final quality dossiers / handover documentation.
• Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, IS codes, and international specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QA/QC documentation systems.
• Good knowledge of materials testing procedures and third-party lab coordination.
• Strong communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to detect and resolve issues proactively.

Qualifications & Experience:

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil
• 7-10 years of QA/QC experience in construction / infrastructure projects.
• Certification in ISO 9001:2015, QA/QC, or related training preferred.
• Experience in high-rise buildings, industrial, or infrastructure projects is desirable.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
