QA/QC Engineer (Civil)

Proposed Role: QA/QC Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections and QC checks at site during various stages of construction.
• Ensure all site activities comply with approved work procedures, office standards, and relevant IS codes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including QC inspection reports, material test certificates, site observation records, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Assist in coordination with structural engineers, site supervisors, and the project management team on quality-related matters.
• Prepare, update, and maintain QC reports, logs, and records using Excel, Word, or other required formats.
• Support QC processes during site visits and execution of structural works to ensure quality compliance.

Required Candidate Profile / Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in civil engineering with hands-on exposure to QA/QC activities (site + quality control).
• Strong knowledge of site construction procedures, quality control practices, and relevant IS codes.
• Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and record-keeping using MS Excel and MS Word.
• Willingness to travel full-time to multiple project sites as required.
• Good communication and coordination skills to effectively liaise with structural engineers, site teams, and management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
