Key Responsibilities
● Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures for high-rise building projects
● Conduct material inspections, quality checks, and site audits
● Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications
● Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants on quality issues
● Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and checklists
● Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective & preventive actions
● Ensure compliance with IS codes, safety, and quality standards
● Participate in internal and external quality audits
Requirements
● Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
● Experience: 4–5 years in QA/QC for high-rise building projects
● Strong knowledge of civil construction quality standards and testing procedures
● Familiar with RCC, finishing works, waterproofing, and structural quality checks
● Proficient in documentation and coordination with multiple stakeholders
