Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical

Key Responsibilities

• To conduct inspection of all ongoing activities of Panel Design.
• To conduct inspection of all ongoing material deliveries. 
• To submit inspection request with concerned vendor-sites.
• Prepare, verify and review vendor documentation of QA/QC.
• Communication with third party manufacturer for documentation related to production, quality assurance, quality control and goods
• Preparation and Approval of Standard operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Reviewing & checking the raw material, packing materials and finished goods as per the pre-specified criteria.
• Responsible for review of investigation for quality deviations are conducted, approval of specifications and quality related documents.
• Responsible for ensuring approval of Quality Related Change Controls, approval of vendor complaints.
• Visiting the supporting manufacturing facilities and ensuring the proper manufacturing.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree (B.E./B. Tech) in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), or related discipline.
• Certifications in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems, QA/QC Electrical certification courses advantageous
• Relevant experience in QA/QC in electrical panel manufacturing, switchgear, power distribution equipment, or EPC projects.
• Hands-on knowledge of inspection processes, material testing, and vendor audits.
• Prior exposure to working with third-party inspection agencies (TPIAs) and electrical standards compliance (IEC/IS/IEEE)
• Strong understanding of Electrical panels, switchgear, transformers, and protection systems.
• QA/QC documentation: ITPs, SOPs, FAT/SAT, inspection requests, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).
• Standards & Codes: IEC, IS, IEEE, ASTM, etc.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes (sheet metal fabrication, wiring, busbar assembly).
