Job Description

We are looking for a skilled QA Test Lead to join our team in the Advertising / PR / Event Management industry. The ideal candidate will have 6-7 years of experience and be able to lead our quality assurance team. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure high-quality products. Lead and manage a team of testers, providing guidance and support to meet project goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements. Design and execute automated tests using various tools and technologies. Analyze test results and report defects to the development team. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of software testing principles and methodologies. Experience with automation testing tools and technologies. Excellent leadership and management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. A degree in Any Graduate or Any Postgraduate is required.
