What would you be doing?

Lead and manage the End-to-End QA team, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and oversight to ensure high-quality deliverables
Collaborate closely with QA Group Manager, Development Team Leaders, Product Managers, and other Quality leaders across the organization
Plan, coordinate, and oversee software testing and validation activities throughout the development lifecycle
Act as a key stakeholder and decision-maker in product design, quality strategy, and release readiness
Define, implement, and evolve QA strategies and best practices across multiple teams and product lines

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science /Computer Engineering or equivalent
10+ years of experience in QA or Test Engineering roles
5+ years in a QA Team Lead or equivalent leadership position
Proven experience in designing and implementing testing strategies for complex products
Hands on experience with Cloud based products
Hands-on experience with End-to-End (E2E) testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar
Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, CircleCI, GitHub Actions, or equivalents
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey information to senior management and cross-functional stakeholders
