Mandatory Skills

· Hands-on experience with QA SME(Subject Matter expert).

QA SME (Subject Matter expert):

Advance knowledge in Testing Process to guide a team Experience in agile and Hybrid/waterfall methodologies Support QA coordinator on the defect management calls. Guide QA Testers on their Requirement/US analysis Test case design/execution review Bug retest assign/review Attend Client calls and able to take important notes Communicate and Support business users Can work independently with Good analytical skills, Adaptability and Flexibility

Requirement analysis

Good experience in analyzing requirement and derive test plans and test cases from them: Necessary Identify data environment. Identify data set. Identify testing scope.

Programs

Previous experience in health insurance projects: Preferably Medicare Advantage SQL basic to intermediate level - Necessary Intermediate to advanced Excel – Necessary Edifecs testing Claims 837 and 834 is mandatory

Good to have skills:

Exposure to Healthcare systems/tools like Facets, QNXT, VNET Be able to communicate with project team members and if needed represent QA in team meetings.. Preferable experience in using Azure DevOps Services as testing tool Testing Management systems (HPQC, Jira, ADO) – Optional

Responsibilities

• Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable
• code Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards Support test and deployment of new products and
• features Participate in code reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
