QA Lead (Way4 CMS)

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with strong expertise in Way4 Card Management System, Base24 Switch, and Tokenization (Apple Pay, Google Pay). The role involves leading and executing System Integration Testing (SIT) and supporting SIT/UAT for debit/credit card programs, ensuring complete coverage across card lifecycle, transaction processing, and digital wallet/tokenisation flows.

Key Responsibilities

• Define SIT test strategy and detailed coverage for card issuance, lifecycle, limits, fees, and tokenisation.
• Execute and validate end-to-end flows across ATM, POS, and E-Commerce via Base24 switch (ISO 8583 messaging).
• Test tokenisation lifecycle (provision, suspend/resume, delete, multi-device DPAN mapping).
• Validate negative scenarios (expired/blocked cards, insufficient funds, blacklist MCCs, invalid OTP, failed cryptograms).
• Verify integration flows: Way4 ↔ Base24 ↔ Core Banking (Finacle)
• Validate fees, limits, markups, and CVM/contactless rules for PAN and DPAN transactions.
• Perform field validations for approvals, declines, reversals, and settlement messages.
• Collaborate with vendors, business, and scheme partners to triage issues and drive resolution.
• Provide test evidence, dashboards, and sign-off support for SIT and UAT phases.

Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience in Way4 CMS testing – product setup, card lifecycle, integration.
• Strong knowledge of Base24 Switch – ATM/POS transaction routing, ISO 8583 messages, response codes.
• Proven expertise in Tokenisation (Apple Pay, Google Pay).
• Experience with debit/credit card flows: issuance, hotlisting, reissue, PIN management, reversals, refunds, chargebacks.
• Knowledge of AML/Fraud screening, velocity rules, blacklist handling.
• Understanding PCI DSS, HSM, encryption.
• Familiarity with tools: Azure DevOps and card scheme simulators.

• Ability to work with vendors and business stakeholders under tight timelines.
• Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
• Leadership experience in test planning and execution (for Test Lead roles).
