QA Lead – Robotics Automation

Results-driven QA Lead with strong expertise in Robotics and Automation Systems to lead quality assurance initiatives across product design, testing, and field implementation. The ideal candidate needs to possess a deep understanding of robotic control systems, embedded hardware/software testing, and compliance frameworks, and drive the development and execution of QA strategies across multiple automation product lines.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5–6 years in QA leadership roles within Automation or Robotics domains
• Any certification or course in Robotics product cycle development/testing is a plus
• Bachelors in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science or related education background
• Ability to write comprehensive test cases based on functional specs, URS, and system design document
• Skilled at identifying hidden issues during real-world scenario testing and stress conditions
• Experience mentoring junior QA analysts in test planning and defect handling
• Expertise in logging, tracking and retesting defects across robotic subsystems
• Ensure stable integration of hardware and software modules over successive versions/release
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills
• Proactive mindset with a strong quality-first ideology

Desired Skills:

• Experience in testing integrated robotic solutions such as Robotic arms
• Experience with IoT platforms like AWS IoT, Azure IoT, or Google Cloud IoT.
• Proficient in Embedded Systems Testing
• Six Sigma (QA/Process Control) is a plus
• Familiar with ISO standards for Pharma, Agriculture, FDA or high-risk environments industries
• Understanding of robotic subsystems such as motion control, sensor integration, path planning, and real-time communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
