About The Role

We are looking for an experienced

QA Lead

to lead quality assurance efforts for our web and mobile applications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong technical expertise, and can independently own QA delivery while managing a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead QA efforts for assigned projects, ensuring timely and high-quality releases
  • Plan, create, and execute test cases for web, mobile, and API applications
  • Perform cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing
  • Test CMS platforms and e-commerce systems
  • Conduct manual & automated functional testing
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright/Puppeteer
  • Perform API testing using Postman / REST Assured
  • Validate backend data using SQL queries
  • Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to resolve defects and improve quality
  • Manage and mentor a team of 5–6 QA engineers

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–6 years of experience in web application testing
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on automation testing experience
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test planning, execution, and defect tracking
  • Proficiency in SQL for backend data validation
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr (advantage)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
