Role Overview
We're hiring a QA Lead with real-world experience in both manual and automation testing across web, mobile, and backend (API) applications. This is not a coordination or oversight role alone — you will be expected to be hands-on with testing activities and tools daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute QA for web applications, mobile apps (iOS/Android), and backend APIs.
• Perform detailed manual testing including UI, functional, regression, device/browser compatibility.
• Create, manage, and maintain automated test cases for web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct API testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Perform basic security tests like input validation, authentication/authorization checks, and awareness of OWASP Top 10.
• Write and maintain test cases, test plans, bug reports, and QA documentation.
• Work closely with development and product teams to deliver high-quality releases.
• Support and mentor junior QA team members when required.

Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)

• Manual Testing – Hands-on experience in testing web and mobile applications.
• Automation Testing – Practical experience using tools like Selenium, Appium, or equivalent.
• API Testing – Confident using Postman, Swagger, or REST automation libraries.
• Basic Security Testing Awareness – Understanding of common vulnerabilities and basic mitigation tests.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant QA experience.
