Role Overview

Walbrydge Technologies is hiring QA Engineers to ensure functional accuracy, workflow reliability, and release quality across a large-scale digital ecosystem.
This role focuses on deep manual testing of complex modules including admin dashboards, mobile applications, finance workflows, and real-time operational systems.

The ideal candidate brings strong business understanding, structured testing discipline, and attention to detail to deliver production-ready software.

Key Responsibilities

Test Planning & Execution

• Create test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test cases based on product requirements.
• Perform comprehensive manual testing across:
• Web applications
• Mobile applications (Android & iOS)
• Backend APIs
• Admin dashboards and internal tools
• Execute smoke, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing cycles.

Functional & Workflow Validation

• Validate complex workflows including:
• Admin & operations dashboards
• Finance and reporting modules
• Trip audits, heatmaps, and tracking screens
• Real-time operational flows
• Identify edge cases, data inconsistencies, and workflow gaps.

Defect Management & Collaboration

• Log, track, and retest defects through closure with clear reproduction steps.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and QA leads for requirement clarity and issue resolution.
• Support UAT, release sign-off, and post-release production validation.

Required Skills & Experience

Core QA Skills

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in manual QA testing.
• Strong experience testing Web and Mobile applications.
• Hands-on API testing using Postman.
• Good working knowledge of SQL for data validation and backend verification.

Platform & Process Knowledge

• Ability to understand complex business workflows and system dependencies.
• Experience testing dashboards, analytics screens, maps, and operational interfaces is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based delivery.
