Job Description: QA Engineer (Manual Tester)

We are seeking a dedicated Manual QA Engineer with 1.5+ years of experience to join our team and help ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing manual test cases to ensure product accuracy, usability, and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute detailed manual test cases for functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with development, product, and QA teams to understand requirements and identify test scenarios.
• Analyze test results, document defects, and track them to closure.
• Validate software functionality, UI/UX behavior, and performance from an end-user perspective.
• Prepare and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test summary reports.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure testing is completed within timelines and meets quality standards.
• Stay updated with testing best practices and contribute to continuous improvements.

Requirements:

• 1.5+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing.
• Ability to create clear, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases and defect reports.
• Experience in functional, regression, usability, and integration testing.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Good communication skills for reporting issues and coordinating with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in testing web and mobile applications.
• Basic understanding of API testing tools like Postman .
• Understanding of tools like Browserstack for UI testing.
• Familiarity with defect-tracking tools (Jira etc.).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
