We are seeking a QA Manual Tester with 1–3 years of experience to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and a passion for ensuring that user interfaces are intuitive, consistent, and aligned with design specifications. You will play a key role in validating the look, feel, and functionality of our applications across platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Experienced candidates with 1-3 years of experience can apply.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Manual Testing concepts, SDLC & STLC.
• Strong knowledge of Testing Types like Functional Testing, Regression Testing,Sanity Testing etc
• Familiarity with bug tracking systems and defect lifecycle.
• Experience with WordPress (themes, plugins, page builders, admin panel).
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end technologies (a plus)for inspecting page structures and identifying UI issues.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to spot visual inconsistencies.
• Ability to use browser console tools (Chrome DevTools / Firefox Inspector).
• Ability to conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing.
• to ensure consistent user experience.
• Experience in UI testing and verifying UI against designs (Figma, XD, PSD).
• Ability to identify alignment issues, spacing problems, responsiveness, and visual mismatches.
• Ability to create test cases, test scenarios, and checklists.
• Understanding of responsive testing across mobile, tablet, and desktop.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving attitude.
• Exposure to design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) for comparing UI against designs.
• Experience in accessibility testing (WCAG guidelines).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
