Job Description

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–6 years of QA experience with CJCM applications.
Hands-on experience with Java Selenium for test automation.
Strong understanding of manual and automated testing methodologies.
Familiarity with Pega PRPC rules, Case Management (CJCM), and flows.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Good To Have

Experience with other automation frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber).
Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter.
Basic SQL and database validation skills.
