We are seeking a QA Engineer with 45 years of experience and a passion for ensuring quality in AI-driven voice assistant products
The role involves comprehensive manual testing, API validation, and basic automation scripting in Python to validate the performance and reliability of conversational AI systems
The engineer will test call recordings, chat transcripts, and assistant responses to identify issues such as call flow interruptions, misrecognitions, and behavioral inconsistencies
You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and data teams to ensure that all features, enhancements, and bug fixes meet the highest standards of quality
The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of QA methodologies, hands-on API testing experience using tools like Postman, and curiosity about how AI assistants think and respond
