ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Review and analyze system specifications.
2. Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
3. Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
4. Report bugs and errors to development teams
5. Help troubleshoot issues.
6. Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.
7. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the feature development lifecycle.
PREFERRED SKILLS
1. Experience in project management and QA methodology
2. Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.
3. Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
4. Proficient in SQL
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Attention to detail.
7. Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
8. Strong organizational skills
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
B.Tech/BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role ( 5-8 years)
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. qTest, Zephyr,Appium) or similar tools.
