QA Engineer

As a QA Engineer at Blitznet, your role will involve creating an end-to-end manual test plan to ensure that all requirements are met and that the system functions as expected. You will be responsible for testing the system's functionality, reliability, stability, performance, and compatibility with external systems such as push notifications and social media platforms. Additionally, you will be conducting manual testing to validate the system. Key Responsibilities: - Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback - Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases - Perform thorough regression testing after bug fixes - Implement testing processes for new and existing products to meet client requirements - Stay updated with new test strategies - Collaborate closely with developers in an agile environment to ensure high product quality Qualifications Required: - Problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask - Effective communication and documentation of defects found during Quality Control - Team player with knowledge of quality standards - Hands-on experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications, including root cause analysis - Strong interpersonal skills for independent and team work - Familiarity with Windows, Linux, MacOS, and Android operating systems Experience Required: Minimum 2 to 5 years Please note the shift timings are Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.
