Automation Test Lead

Exp: 5+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• As an Automation Test Lead, your primary responsibility is to manage the automation framework and develop and integrate automated test suites, ensuring the smooth functioning of our technology solutions across both non-functional and functional phases.
• Implementing innovative ideas in Automation to increase efficiency
• Manage the Automation team, help the team in writing complex flows and guiding the team in the proper direction.
• Designing an automation framework that emphasizes usability, effectiveness, efficiency, and maintainability
• Building, running, and updating automation scripts of varying complexity
• Analysing system documentation to provide comprehensive feedback on testability
• Utilizing testing processes and procedures such as Agile.
• Coordinating team, preparing reports, and submitting them to leadership on a timely basis

Experience/Skills Required:

• At least 5+ years hands-on experience in Automation testing.
• Good Communication skills
• Good Analytical skills
• Strong programming skills and expertise practical knowledge in BDD cucumber framework, Selenium, Appium, Java
• Work experience using BDD cucumber framework, TestNG, Selenium, Appium, Java
• Strong knowledge of OOPs, POM, and Page Factory concepts.
• Work experience in API automation using rest assured, postman or similar tools.
• Experience in integrating framework validation as part of CI/CD builds.
• Thorough understanding of software development and testing processes.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• Must be flexible with working hours, independent, and self-motivated.
• Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real-time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
• Experience in working with tools like Katalon Studio, groovy script, and BrowserStack is an addon.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹356,692.86 - ₹1,500,000.09 per year
