Role Overview: You are an experienced Cloud Solutions Sales Representative who will be joining a fast-paced and dynamic sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to expand the company's cloud offerings and assist clients in optimizing their IT operations, particularly focusing on platforms like BMC Remedy or ServiceNow. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential clients seeking cloud-based IT solutions. - Understand client business needs and technical requirements, with a focus on service management and automation. - Deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations, highlighting the benefits of cloud solutions for organizational efficiency. - Collaborate with internal teams to customize offerings that align with client needs. - Utilize expertise in BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, or similar platforms to effectively position cloud solutions. - Cultivate long-term relationships with existing clients to explore opportunities for upselling and cross-selling cloud services. - Create and present compelling sales proposals, negotiating contracts to secure business. - Stay informed on industry trends related to cloud technology and service management to provide valuable insights to clients. - Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the overall growth and success of the business. - Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand awareness and promote cloud solutions. Qualifications: - Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, specifically in cloud solutions or IT service management. - Hands-on experience with BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, or similar platforms is highly desirable. - Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their application in IT operations. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on solutions. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Comfortable collaborating with global teams in different time zones.
