QA Automation Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate QA Automation Engineer to join our product development team. As a key player in our software quality assurance process, you will design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks to ensure our products meet the highest standards of reliability, performance, and user experience.

A. Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain robust automated test scripts using tools like Selenium.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, Scrum managers and QA analysts to understand requirements and define test strategies
• Perform regression, performance, and integration testing across multiple platforms
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues
• Maintain documentation for test cases, test results, and QA processes
• Participate in product design reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality risks
• Continuously improve automation frameworks and QA practices

B. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in QA automation for software products
• Automation Tools & Frameworks: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, TestNG or similar.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in Java, Python or JavaScript
• API Testing: Experience with Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools.
• CI/CD: Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Performance Testing using JMeter or Similar tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
