Job Purpose: To ensure quality and reliability of software applications/services through effective testing and defect identification. Scope: Support testing and validation across development cycles to meet performance, functionality and compliance standards. Key Roles and Responsibilities Prepare detailed test documentation, including test plans, cases, and reports. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API applications. Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance testing using automation tools. Collaborate closely with developers, and other team members to define and refine test cases. Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution. Integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing. Continuously enhance automation frameworks and processes to improve coverage and efficiency.
