QA Automation Architect

You will be joining a global digital solutions company renowned for its expertise in cloud services, data engineering, and quality assurance. The company maintains a strong commitment to innovation and agile delivery, particularly within the BFSI and Healthcare sectors. In this leadership role in Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for overseeing both manual and automated testing activities across ETL pipelines, UI interfaces, and databases. Your primary duties will include managing a team, collaborating with global teams, implementing best testing practices, documenting quality strategies, and integrating with CI/CD tools. Your key responsibilities will involve leading and supervising a QA team of at least 4 members, managing testing for ETL, UI, DB, and end-to-end processes, creating detailed test cases and test data, validating ETL workflows using advanced SQL, developing and maintaining automation scripts using BDD in Python, integrating automation frameworks with CI/CD tools, documenting test strategies and reports, fostering collaboration across various teams, and presenting testing metrics and improvement plans to senior management. To excel in this role, you must possess a total of 9-12 years of QA experience with a minimum of 6 years specializing in ETL/UI/DB testing, at least 3 years of experience in automation testing using Python and tools like Selenium and Playwright, proficiency in SQL queries (especially Snowflake/Postgres), familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, proven leadership skills managing QA teams, experience with Agile methodologies, and exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities. Desirable qualifications include exposure to tools like DBT, Informatica, or MS Power BI, domain knowledge in Healthcare/Life Sciences, experience with front-end and back-end validation, and flexibility to work with international teams.
