QA Analyst

Job Description

Responsibilities: Understands how to break down stories, estimate work, and document complete and thorough manual test plans and test cases Works closely with other development, product management, and other QA engineers to understand testing needs, prioritize work, and communicate and problem solve issues Assists in identifying test case priorities and makes recommendations on which cases to automate Executes manual test cases to ensure features are delivered with the highest level of quality. Ability to clearly articulate and write detailed bug and test findings Has ability to assess overall quality and communicate status and risks effectively to stakeholders Contributes to exploratory testing activities as needed Serves as a voice of the customer on new product designs, in establishing testing priorities, and when identifying and investigating defects. Systematic approach to diagnosing, isolating, and duplicating issues Recommends solutions/approaches for testing to accommodate schedules and resource constraints Helps educate others on quality practices and approaches Collaborates and shares learnings with other quality minded individuals as a part of our Quality Community of Practice Required Skills: Strong communication skills Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail Ability to work independently and without day-to-day direction Has a well-organized, methodical testing approach Understanding of QA testing methodologies, tools, and best practices Experience working in an agile environment Experience & Qualifications 6+ Years of experience BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA
