Tech Lead – Python Microservices

Must-Have Skills

• 8–10 years

  of professional experience in

  Python backend development

  , including

  3+ years in a technical/team leadership role

• Proven track record in

  leading backend teams

  code reviews

  , and managing

• Expertise in

  REST API design

  ,

  microservices architecture

  event-driven systems

• Strong understanding of
