Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Python Lead located in Kolkata. The Python Lead will oversee the development and maintenance of Python-based applications, manage a team of developers, ensure code quality, and implement best practices. Daily tasks include writing efficient and reusable code, conducting code reviews, troubleshooting and debugging applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Python programming and related frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask)
• Proficiency in software development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Hands-on experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
