Experience Required: 1–3 years of teaching experience (or strong industry knowledge with interest in teaching)

Salary: Hike on last drawn salary or based on content knowledge

Education: Any IT/CS or Technical Graduate preferred

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Python Full Stack Trainer/Faculty Member to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong teaching skills and practical knowledge of Python Programming and Full Stack Development, in line with current industry standards.

You’ll be responsible for training students in both classroom sessions and live projects, helping them become industry-ready and confident for placement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging and interactive classroom sessions on:

Core & Advanced Python

Web Frameworks (Django / Flask)

HTML, CSS, ReactJS, NodeJS

SQL (Oracle or MySQL)

Prepare and update training materials, course content, and practical assignments.

Conduct mock interviews and interview preparation sessions.

Guide students through real-world projects and code walkthroughs.

Stay updated with industry trends and continuously upgrade content.

Offer personalized support to help students crack job interviews.

Manage end-to-end training: planning, teaching, tracking student progress, and assessments.

Skills & Requirements:

In-depth knowledge of Python Programming (with hands-on projects).

Proficiency in Django/Flask Framework, SQL (Oracle preferred), HTML/CSS, ReactJS, NodeJS.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Ability to work in shifts (if required).

Prior teaching/training experience is a strong plus.
