We are seeking three experienced

Python Full Stack GenAI Developers (CWF Engineers)

to join our

GenAI Application Team

. These roles focus on building, deploying, and scaling Generative AI applications, with strong emphasis on

RAG pipelines

,

model services

, and backend-heavy full stack development. The environment is fast-paced, and we aim to onboard candidates quickly.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain GenAI-powered full stack applications.
• Build and enhance RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, including vector stores and embeddings.
• Develop scalable backend services using Python with Flask or FastAPI.
• Work with LLM agents and orchestration frameworks to enable intelligent workflows.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, source control, and deployment workflows.
• Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with product, platform, and AI teams to deliver production-grade solutions.
• Adhere to coding standards, best practices, and performance benchmarks.
  

Requirements

• Strong foundation in programming fundamentals, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
• Hands-on expertise in Python Full Stack development.
• Experience with Flask or FastAPI for backend services.
• Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Practical experience with Docker, containers, and Kubernetes.
• Experience working with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and embeddings.
• Knowledge of LLM agents/frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, Aider, or Cline.
• Understanding of GenAI models and platforms, including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini.
  

Nice to have

• Experience with RAAG, model fine-tuning, or advanced GenAI workflows.
• Exposure to frontend technologies (React, Angular, or similar).
• Experience deploying production-grade GenAI applications.
