About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Python Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python-based development, system design, and API integration, with a passion for clean, efficient code and scalable architecture. What You’ll Do • Design, develop, and maintain robust Python applications (Django/Flask/FastAPI) • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system architecture and API design • Optimize backend services for scalability and performance • Mentor junior developers and lead by example • Work with modern tools: Git, Docker, CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) What We’re Looking For • 7+ years of hands-on Python experience • Strong in Django/Flask, REST APIs, and database management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) • Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms • Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and testing • Bonus: DevOps skills, async programming, frontend familiarity (React/JS) Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Experience with front-end technologies (JavaScript, React, etc.). • Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments. • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (Terraform, Kubernetes) is a bonus.
