Python Developer

Role Overview: As a part of this role, your main responsibility will be to develop minimum viable product (MVP) and comprehensive AI solutions that not only meet but exceed clients" expectations, ultimately adding value to the business. You will be managing the product/solution development using desired AI techniques, leading the development and implementation of custom solutions through the thoughtful use of modern AI technology. It will be up to you to review and evaluate use cases to determine if a product can be developed to add business value. Moreover, you will be creating the overall product development strategy and integrating it with larger interfaces. Key Responsibilities: - Create AI models and frameworks to address business problems - Draft the desired user interface and analyze the technology environment and client requirements to define product solutions using AI frameworks/architecture - Implement necessary security features and stay updated on the latest AI trends applicable in product development - Identify problem areas, perform root cause analysis, and provide relevant solutions - Track industry and application trends to plan current and future AI needs - Create and delegate work plans to the programming team for product development - Interact with the Holmes advisory board for knowledge sharing and best practices - Forecast talent requirements, hire the right resources, ensure onboarding and training, manage team attrition, and drive diversity in leadership positions - Manage team performance, employee satisfaction, and engagement initiatives Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in developing AI solutions and minimum viable products - Strong understanding of AI techniques and frameworks - Ability to analyze technology environments and client requirements for AI product development - Experience in team management, talent forecasting, and performance evaluation - Knowledge of the latest AI trends and their application in product development Note: Join Wipro to be a part of a modern organization, reinvent your world, and realize your ambitions in a business powered by purpose.
