Python Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a Python Developer who is interested in working in a Technical Support environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Python development and a strong willingness to apply their technical knowledge to support end-users, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with product/engineering teams.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, communicating with users, and working in a fast-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients and internal teams related to Python-based applications or integrations.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Work closely with the development team to replicate bugs and provide detailed issue reports.
• Write small scripts or make minor code changes to support issue resolution when needed.
• Respond to customer queries via email, chat, or call in a professional and timely manner.
• Document frequently occurring issues, solutions, and best practices.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering accurate and helpful technical guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in Python development.
• Strong understanding of Python fundamentals, scripting, and debugging.
• Basic knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and common libraries.
• Ability to understand code logic and identify issues quickly.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Good problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Ability and willingness to work in a technical support environment.
• Team player with a customer-centric mindset.

Good to Have

• Experience with Linux/Terminal commands.
• Understanding of database queries (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Exposure to ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, Freshdesk).
• Prior experience in customer support or tech support roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
