Python Developer

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to join our Tranetech Software Solutions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining Python-based applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write clean, efficient, and reusable Python code.
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications, APIs, and backend services.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure optimal performance.
• Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and architecture discussions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in Python development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Python and its frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
• Understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes and containerization.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization.
• Exposure to front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML, CSS is a plus.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• years of hands-on experience as a Python Developer or in a similar role.
